Tyrannosaurus

Tyrannosaurs are bipedal carnivores, as were most theropods, with proportionately small forelimbs and only two digits. They are characterized by numerous skeletal features, especially of the skull and pelvis and are some of the largest land-based predators ever to exist. Although lone (bachelor) males are far from uncommon, most live and hunt in small family groups with parents and offspring sharing the kills in similar fashion to a pride of Lions.

King of the dinosaurs, the T-rex is a deadly predator, capable of taking on prey much larger than itself. T-rex are poorly suited for mountainous and dense forest terrain, and can most often be found in hilly areas or on plains, where they hunt large herbivores.
